The Tablet version above shows an updated variety to the application with added information , a wider view of the application and an easier to navigate UI. I decided to change the text to a larger font to again help the user navigate around my application. In the prototyping section, when the user clicks on a planet it brings them straight to the voyage discovery screen which gives them more information about the specific planet. The changing of mobile to tablet proved quite difficult as I had to rescale all assets to fit into the given size. After this was sorted out I realised that most of the screens were quite bare and lacking of information. This led to me adding an updated inventory slot which hosts a new armour slot feature which shows the current armour equipped. I also added more information about the planets/bases/moons on the voyage discovery page.
After I was happy with my tablet design I moved onto my web design which again proved difficult for me as once again the scaling of my assets did not correspond with the given size of the screens. I wanted to create a sleeker web design so I looked at some examples of web applications such as instagram where the navigation bars are on the left and the main content is in the middle of the screen. To make the application seem even more authentic I added a home button to the bottom right and made sure that the button in the side menu would not appear if you were on the same screen for example if the user would be on the inventory screen the inventory button would not appear. after linking all buttons to the corresponding pages my website was finally complete.
